  • US customers: Please contact us via email to receive a prepaid shipping label or email us with proof of paid postage to be reimbursed.
  • International customers: Please email us with proof of paid postage to be reimbursed.
  • Any order discrepancies must be reported within 10 business days.
  • Received a damaged product? Gah, we're sorry. Email within 30 days.
  • We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender - so check that info twice!
