What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Unfortunately, we are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility.

When will I receive my order?

US orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days, and Standard Shipping orders arrive in 6 to 8 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped to track your package. For orders shipped outside of the continental United States please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Please email us as soon as possible at support@evanandjane.com so that we can correct your order.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Our Size Chart is a general guide to our clothing's standard sizing, it is comparable to a lot of retail companies that may carry similar brands. If you have more questions and concerns about sizing and fit, feel free to email support@evanandjane.com so we can assist you better.

How do I know if an item is going to be restocked?

If an item has an available restock date, it will be posted on the Product Page. Simply click on the size you are interested in and enter your email, and we'll alert you when a full shipment has been received! Please note that these dates are estimated and dependent upon manufacturer availability. If an estimated arrival date is not yet available it means that we haven't placed an order for the item just yet, so keep checking back in case a return is received in your size!

Can I use more than one promo code on an order?

Unfortunately, our system is set up so that we can only apply one promo code per order. If you have any coupons with future expiration dates, make sure to save them for use on your next order.

Will my promo code be deducted from my refund?

Promotional value is subject to adjustment. For promotions with a minimum required spend, promotional savings will be deducted from refunds if a cancellation or return causes your order subtotal to drop below the required spend.
